Discover the Vine Cycle and the Estate’s Sustainable Approach

We invite you to enjoy an in-depth tour beginning in the vineyard, where you will discover the vine-growing cycle and the estate’s environmentally responsible practices.

Along the way, you will explore our different soils and grape varieties throughout the vineyard, gaining insight into the work of the winemaker throughout the year. You will learn about the history of Château de Sannes, the Luberon appellation, and the unique characteristics that make our estate special.

During the visit, you will also enjoy breathtaking views of the surrounding landscapes and villages, including Ansouis, listed among the most beautiful villages in France.

The second part of the experience takes you behind the scenes, where we open the doors to our winery and cellar. You will discover the different winemaking techniques and the work carried out by our cellar master.

The visit concludes with a tasting, offering you the opportunity to discover the wines of Château de Sannes and experience the richness of our unique terroir.

Please note: During the harvest season (September and October), the cellar cannot be accessed from inside. However, it can be viewed from the balcony of the boutique.

These additional activities allow you to fully experience our terroir and uncover the secrets of our exceptional products. Each option can be added to your visit.

Option 1: “Castini” Tasting – A Confidential Cuvée

Book this unique experience and immerse yourself in the elegance and sophistication of these exclusive, limited-production wines.

Price: €10 per person

Option 2: Aglandau Olive Oil Tasting

Produced on the sun-drenched lands of the estate, our olives receive the greatest care. Hand-picked and cold-pressed, they preserve and reveal the very best of our terroir.

You will have the opportunity to discover four olive oils:

Extra virgin olive oil
Garlic, thyme & sun-dried tomato flavoured oil
Lemon & mint flavoured oil
Summer truffle flavoured oil

Our olive oil is distinguished by notes of apple and almond. On the palate, it reveals fresh almond flavours combined with hints of green pepper, creating a subtle balance between intensity and fruitiness.

Option 3: Local Produce Sharing Boards*

Continue your Luberon tasting experience with a selection of fresh, local products served on a sharing board.

Enjoy cured meats, cheese, and seasonal fresh fruit, accompanied by a glass of wine of your choice from the “1603” or “Prestige” ranges (+€2).

You can enjoy this experience on our terrace overlooking the vineyards and lavender fields, accompanied by the sound of cicadas and the gentle flow of the fountain, or beside the windmill—a true Provençal haven.

Duration of the visit without additional options: 1 hour 30 minutes
A minimum of 2 participants is required for the activity to take place. The workshop may be cancelled if there are not enough participants.
The experience includes:
- Welcome with a glass of water
- Vineyard tour, including the area around the windmill
- Visit of the winery and cellar
- Tasting of 6 Château de Sannes wines
