Option 2: Aglandau Olive Oil Tasting
Produced on the sun-drenched lands of the estate, our olives receive the greatest care. Hand-picked and cold-pressed to preserve and reveal the very best of our terroir.
You will have the opportunity to discover four olive oils:
Our olive oil is characterised by delicate notes of apple and almond. On the palate, it reveals fresh almond flavours with hints of green pepper, creating a subtle balance between intensity and fruitiness.

Option 3: Local Produce Sharing Boards*
Continue your Luberon tasting experience with a selection of fresh, local products served on a sharing board.
Enjoy cured meats, cheese, and seasonal fresh fruit, accompanied by a glass of wine of your choice from the “1603” or “Prestige” ranges (+€2).
This experience can be enjoyed on our terrace overlooking the vineyards and lavender fields, accompanied by the sound of cicadas and the gentle flow of the fountain, or beside the windmill—a true Provençal haven.
