La Cavale Opens Its Doors
The La Cavale team invites you to discover their winemaking and aging cellar. During this guided tour, you'll step behind the scenes and immerse yourself in the work of their cellar master. You'll learn about every stage of the winemaking process, from the arrival of the grapes to the aging of the wines in their large oak vats.
You'll also be impressed by the work of renowned architect Jean-Michel Wilmotte, who designed the winery to showcase every step of the winemaking process while creating a highly functional and contemporary space. Nestled between the villages of Vaugines, Lourmarin, Cadenet, and Cucuron, the cellar lies at the heart of the estate's 36 hectares of vineyards.
This immersive experience concludes with a tasting of La Cavale's complete wine range. Children and non-drinkers are warmly welcome and can enjoy a selection of grape juices instead.
The tour offers a unique journey through an exceptional estate, where every corner tells part of La Cavale's story. La Cavale also features a concept store showcasing a curated selection of local products, as well as wines and spirits from around the world.
