Enjoy a Delightful Moment at La Bastide du Laval, with a Breathtaking View over the Luberon!
Settle in among our olive trees and take in the stunning views of the Luberon mountain range while enjoying a carefully prepared picnic made with local and homemade products.
You can also enjoy a free visit of the olive oil mill and the olive grove (30- or 60-minute walking trail), followed by a tasting of the estate’s olive oils and wines. Educational materials and audio guides are available to enhance your visit.
Picnic Basket Contents
Your picnic includes:
- A slice of savoury quiche
- Tomato and mozzarella skewer
- Wrap
- Fresh fruit salad
- Homemade chocolate fondant
- A selection of estate specialities
- A bottle of water
Cutlery, tablecloth, and glasses are provided.
You can also choose to add a bottle of wine for an extra charge, payable directly on site when collecting your picnic basket.
Practical Information
- Picnic basket collection: At the Bastide du Laval mill shop between 11:00 AM and 1:00 PM.
- Basket return: Please bring the basket back to the shop at 3:00 PM when it reopens.
Please note: the mill is closed between 1:00 PM and 3:00 PM, and the basket cannot be returned during these hours. Please take this into account when booking.
- Identification: An ID document will be requested when collecting the picnic basket. It will be returned once the basket and picnic equipment have been brought back.
- Booking: Reservation required at least 48 hours in advance.
