CERAMICS CLASSES AT ATELIER CHAMOTTE
This class is open to anyone who would like to discover ceramics through hand-building, a free and intuitive approach that allows you to shape clay entirely by hand.
It’s the perfect opportunity to let your creativity flow while learning the basic hand-building techniques (slab building, coiling, pinching, moulding, etc.).
In a small group of up to 6 people, Lili will guide you throughout the session, step by step, as you create your own functional or decorative pieces.
Once your piece is finished, it will be glazed and fired to bring out its colours and make it suitable for everyday use.
Your finished piece will be ready within 1 to 2 months. If you are just visiting the area, a delivery service is available to have your pieces shipped to you. Creations are kept for 3 months after firing.
Clay is a living material: bubbles, glaze variations and firing marks are an integral part of the charm of ceramics. Despite every care being taken, some pieces may crack or break during firing. Unfortunately, these incidents are not eligible for a refund.
